Where is SIPCOT Phase 2, and what work is there?
SIPCOT Phase 2 is the second of the two SIPCOT industrial estates in Hosur, on the Tamil Nadu side of the Hosur–Bengaluru corridor; SIPCOT is the State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu. With SIPCOT Phase 1 and Hosur Town, it is one of SuperGig’s three Hosur hubs.
Like Phase 1, the estate is known for automotive and auto-component plants, with engineering and electronics units around them.
