Full days, every week, shift by shift.

On SuperGig, full-time isn’t one job with one employer. It’s a full week of shifts that you choose yourself. Plants in Hosur and the Bengaluru industrial hubs post shifts in SuperGig Plant, SuperGig checks every public shift, and you book the ones you want in SuperGig Partner.

Three kinds of shift help you fill a week. A weekly repeat is the same shift on the same weekdays, every week, until a date the plant sets. A multi-day run is a block of 1 to 31 days that you book in one swipe. One-day shifts fill the gaps. Shifts that clash with one you’ve already booked are greyed out, so you can’t double-book yourself.

Each plant sets the hours of its shifts, up to 16 hours, and the card shows the start, the end and the pay before you book. My Shifts keeps your week on a calendar, and Earnings shows each week as earned, awaiting approval and booked, with weekly statements.

How to fill your week

Six ways to fill your week.

Full-time on SuperGig is something you build. These are the tools the Partner app gives you to do it.

  • Take a weekly repeat

    The same shift on the same weekdays, every week, until a date the plant sets. Good when you want a fixed routine.

  • Book a multi-day run

    A run of 1 to 31 days, booked in one swipe. Skip a day or stop the run if your plans change, and see the effect on your SuperScore first.

  • Fill gaps with one-day shifts

    Book single shifts on the days you still have free. Shifts that clash with one you’ve booked are greyed out.

  • Set your availability once

    Mark every weekday you can work and the time-of-day slots that suit you, then use them as one-tap filters in Find Shifts.

  • Build your SuperScore

    Show up, arrive on time and do good work. Your SuperScore grows from real shifts, and higher bands see new shifts sooner.

  • Join a plant’s crew

    Plants can add Partners they like working with to their crew and post crew-only shifts that only the crew sees.

    SuperGig is a marketplace, not the employer of record. It doesn’t offer permanent jobs, appointment letters or employment contracts.

  • Each shift is its own booking

    The plant that posts a shift sets its pay and hours, and must pay your wages as posted. Every shift you book is a separate booking with that plant.

  • No promises we can’t keep

    SuperGig doesn’t promise work or income. How full your week gets depends on the shifts plants post near you, and on the ones you book.

Can I get a full-time job through SuperGig?
Not a permanent job: SuperGig is a marketplace, not an employer, so it doesn’t offer permanent contracts. What you can do is fill your week with shifts: weekly repeats, multi-day runs of 1 to 31 days and one-day shifts, on the days you want to work, whenever plants post them.
How long is a shift?
Each plant sets the hours of its shifts, up to 16 hours, and the shift card shows the start, the end and the pay before you book. Some plants split a shift into hourly slots of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 hours.
Can I work the same shift every week?
Yes, when a plant posts it as a weekly repeat: the same shift on the same weekdays, every week, until a date the plant sets. A plant can also post a multi-day run, a block of 1 to 31 days that you book in one swipe.
Who pays me for a week of shifts?
The plant that posts each shift pays for it. It sets the pay, you see it before you book, and it approves your pay when it signs the shift off. Earnings shows your week as earned, awaiting approval and booked, with weekly statements.
Can I take shifts in both Hosur and Bengaluru?
Yes, if you’re happy to travel. SuperGig covers 14 industrial hubs in Hosur and Bengaluru (Bangalore). Find Shifts shows shifts within 25 km of you, and you can widen it to 100 km. Set how far you’ll travel in My Availability: 3, 5, 10 or 25 km.
Do I pay anything to get full-time shifts?
No. “You never pay to work here. Ever. No fees, no deposits, no agents.” If anyone asks you for money to get a SuperGig shift, don’t pay. Call us on +91 79969 95996 instead.
