What security staffing usually covers

A plant’s gates carry people, vehicles and material in and out on every shift, and nights and weekends need the same cover as the day shift. Security staffing in SuperGig Plant is a quote for guard cover on the shifts and posts you name, with a visitor and gate-pass register and incident reporting to you.

Private security agencies in India are licensed under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, known as PSARA. Before you accept a quote, ask in the request’s message thread which agency will do the work, for its licence, and for how its guards were verified.

  1. Guard cover for the shift you book

    Guards for the shifts and posts in your request, by day or by night. The request asks how many guards you need per shift.

  2. Visitor & gate-pass register

    A record of visitors and gate passes kept at the gate. If your plant already uses a format, attach it to the request as a photo or PDF.

  3. Incident reporting to you

    Incidents during the cover are reported to your plant. Say in the scope who should receive the reports.

Optional, like a budget range. Add up to 6 photos or drawings: JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, 10 MB each.

Your gate is also where SuperGig Partners arrive for shifts. In SuperGig Plant, a guard checks each Partner by typing the 6-digit WorkPass code, which changes every 30 seconds, or by scanning its QR, and sees Verified or Not this shift. A plant can name up to 12 gates, and each shift tells Partners which gate to come to.

Does SuperGig verify the security guards?
No. A security agency provides the guards, and SuperGig does not verify them. Before you accept a quote, ask in the request’s message thread which agency will do the work, for its PSARA licence and for its guard-verification details.
Can we get guards for night shifts only?
Ask for exactly the cover you need: day, night or both, which gates or posts, and the start date. The request asks how many guards per shift, and the quote sets out the cover with line items and how long it is valid. Nothing is booked until you accept.
What records do the guards keep?
Security staffing usually covers a visitor and gate-pass register and incident reporting to you. If your plant uses its own register format, attach it to the request as a photo or PDF, and say who should receive incident reports.
Can our guards check SuperGig Partners at the gate?
Yes, in SuperGig Plant. The guard types the Partner’s 6-digit WorkPass code, which changes every 30 seconds, or scans its QR, and sees Verified or Not this shift. A verified check shows on the booking, so you approve pay against it.
How much does factory security cost in Hosur or Bengaluru?
There is no price list, on this site or in the app. Every request is quoted for your plant: the shifts, the posts and the number of guards. Asking is free, and nothing is booked until you accept.
