What industrial cleaning usually covers

Oil mist, coolant, swarf, dust and spills build up on floors, walkways and machine bodies faster than daily housekeeping can keep pace with. A periodic deep clean resets the shopfloor: surfaces degreased, corners cleared and the waste taken away. In SuperGig Plant it is a quote for exactly the area you agree, so both sides know where the job starts and where it stops.

A deep clean is easiest to plan around a shutdown, a line changeover or an audit. Put those dates in the request, with the hours when the area can be cleared, so the crew can be planned around them.

  1. Degreasing of shopfloor & machine surfaces

    Oil, grease and coolant residue lifted from floors and the outside of machines. Say what the residue is and whether any surface needs a particular cleaner, so the quote can name the chemicals.

  2. Deep clean of the area you agree

    The quote covers the area in your scope, in square feet if you give it, and nothing outside it. If the plant has several bays, mark the zones on a layout drawing or a photo.

  3. Removal of the waste the job creates

    Rags, sludge and sweepings from the clean leave with the crew. Production or hazardous waste that was there before the job is a separate service: waste management.

How is an industrial deep clean quoted?
For the area you agree. The request asks for the area to clean in square feet (optional) and a scope: which areas, how dirty, any oil or chemical residue, and your working hours. The quote sets out the crew size, the chemicals and the line items, with how long it is valid. Asking is free, and nothing is booked until you accept.
Can the cleaning be done during a shutdown or at a weekend?
Put your preferred dates, and the hours when the area can be cleared, in the request, and ask in the message thread if the timing matters. The quote shows what is covered, and until you accept it, nothing is booked.
Does the crew take the waste away?
The waste the cleaning job creates is removed as part of the job. Production or hazardous waste you need collected regularly is a separate service: waste management, with pickups and transport by the provider and disposal paperwork from the provider.
Is industrial cleaning the same as housekeeping staff?
No. Industrial cleaning is a provider’s crew for a deep clean you agree in a quote. For routine housekeeping on your shifts, post a Housekeeping shift in SuperGig Plant: KYC-verified SuperGig Partners book it themselves, and your guard checks each one at the gate with a live WorkPass.
Which chemicals will the cleaning crew use?
The quote sets them out, with the crew size. If your plant has rules on chemicals near food, electronics or painted surfaces, say so in the scope, and ask in the thread for anything you need, such as safety data sheets, before you accept.
