Plants book by skill and level.
Experienced machine operators, CNC setters, welders, electricians, fitters and maintenance technicians: SuperGig Partner has 133 skills in 12 categories, each with five levels, from L1 Starter to L5 Master. When a plant posts a shift, it can list the skills it needs and one minimum level for all of them. Only Partners with every listed skill at that level can book, and SuperGig checks yours before the booking is accepted.
Every skill starts at L1 when you add it. After that, only SuperGig sets a level, from your record on SuperGig: approved shifts in the skill, arriving on time, and how plants rate your work once they have. The app shows what each skill’s next level needs, so you always know where you stand.
Some skills count only with a licence. SuperGig verifies 14 licences and certificates, such as the forklift, crane, boiler, electrical and driving licences, and a few trade skills wait for one of them before their first level. Add yours in the app, tap “Ask SuperGig to verify” and keep the original ready.

Shifts that ask for more
When a shift needs L3 or L4, only Partners at that level or above can book it. The higher your levels, the more of those shifts you can take.

Earlier access with SuperScore
Your SuperScore comes from show-ups, being on time and how plants rate you, over the last 180 days. Platinum Partners see new shifts first, then Gold, then Silver.

Crew-only shifts
Plants can add Partners they like working with to their crew and post shifts only the crew sees. A crew shift opens the moment the plant posts it.

First call on urgent shifts
Urgent hot-fill offers go first to Partners who have worked at or been inducted by that plant, then to Gold or better, then to everyone eligible.

Licences, verified once
Forklift, crane, boiler, electrical and driving licences and safety certificates count once SuperGig has verified them, and verified skills stay on your profile.
