Set the days you’re free in My Availability, and book only those shifts. You book every shift yourself.

When a plant posts hourly slots, each slot is 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 hours long, and the card shows the hours before you book.

You want weekend work
Mark Saturday and Sunday as your days and filter Find Shifts by day. A plant can also post a run of shifts for weekends only.

You’re new to factory work
Some shifts have no skill check, so any KYC-verified Partner can book them. Every completed shift counts towards your SuperScore and your Work passport.

Every shift card tells you what you need to know. Read it before you tap “Book shift”, especially when you’re fitting shifts around the rest of your week.

Booked a shift?
- Shifts that clash with one you’ve booked are greyed out.
- Withdraw in My Shifts until the cut-off the app shows, or ask a co-worker to cover.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before the start and it counts as half a no-show. The app shows the effect on your SuperScore first.
