Temporary and contract workers are a big part of factory work in India, and the usual way to get them is a manpower contractor: you tell the contractor how many people you need, and the contractor sends them, keeps them on its rolls and bills you for the work.
SuperGig gives your plant a second route. Instead of asking a contractor for heads, you post each shift in SuperGig Plant: the role, the gate, the timing, how many people, the pay, the duties and the skills it needs, each at a minimum level from L1 to L5. SuperGig checks every public shift before Partners see it, and KYC-verified SuperGig Partners book it themselves.
You see who booked. Your guard checks each Partner at the gate with a live WorkPass, clock-in works only inside your geofence, and you approve pay against the gate check and the clock times. The muster roll and the wage register build themselves from that record.

Both get people to your gate. They differ in who chooses the people, how you know who came and what the paperwork looks like.

How a shift gets staffed on SuperGig

Post the shift
Role, gate, timing, headcount, pay, duties and skills on one page: one day, repeat weekly, a run of 1–31 days or hourly slots, for up to 500 people.

SuperGig checks it
Every public shift is checked before Partners see it. Crew-only shifts open the moment you post.
- Step 3
Partners book it
Aadhaar and PAN KYC, reviewed by SuperGig’s verification team, and skill checks before a booking is accepted. Partners see the pay before they book.
- Step 4
Your guard checks the WorkPass
At the gate you named: a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds, or its QR.
- Step 5
Clock-in inside your geofence
Only within your plant’s radius, 100 m to 1,000 m. The day’s log shows anyone who left it.
- Step 6
Approve, and the registers follow
Approve pay against the evidence; the muster roll, wage and OT registers and EPF and ESI files build from it.
