Our mission

India's factory floor runs on millions of shift workers — yet the work stays informal, the pay slow, and trust invisible. We're rebuilding that — one verified shift at a time.

We start in the Hosur–Bengaluru corridor because it's where India makes things. The system we're building — verified identity, fair pay, a portable reputation, and real-time compliance — is designed to scale to every industrial belt in India, and then to the two billion people who do the world's blue-collar work.
