Factory shift jobs for 8th, 10th and 12th pass in Hosur & Bengaluru
You do not need a school certificate to join SuperGig. Plants book Partners by skill and level (L1 to L5), not by marks, and some shifts have no skill check at all, so any KYC-verified Partner can book them. Your schooling is an optional part of your profile. SuperGig offers shifts at plants in the 14 industrial hubs of Hosur and Bengaluru (Bangalore), not permanent jobs, and you never pay to work.

What a plant actually checks
Plants check skills and levels, not school marks. New to factory work altogether? Jobs for freshers & helpers walks you through your first shift; this page is about what your schooling does on SuperGig.
Each plant sets the requirements of its own shifts. When it posts a shift, it can list skills, each at a minimum level from L1 to L5, and you need every skill listed at that level or above. If it lists no skills, the shift has no skill check: any KYC-verified Partner can book it, whatever their trade.
A plant can also add requirements such as “Own transport”, “Min 1yr experience”, “Night shift”, “PPE provided”, “Heavy lifting”, “Hindi” and “Tamil”. They show under “Before you come” on the shift, so you see them before you book. The form a plant uses to post a shift has no field for school certificates or marks.
SuperGig itself checks two kinds of document: your Aadhaar and PAN at KYC (you need an Aadhaar verified by SuperGig before you can book), and the 14 licences and certificates in the app, such as a forklift or electrical licence, which count only once SuperGig has verified them.
Below 10th, 8th pass, 10th fail or left school
You can join and book shifts. SuperGig asks for no school certificate, so 8th pass, 10th fail or leaving school early does not stop you from signing up. Start with shifts that have no skill check, and add the skills you can do.
Skills a plant can book that make sensible first picks: #1007 Production Helper, #1704 Material Handler / Loader, #1801 Packing Operator, #1802 Pick & Pack Associate, #1803 Labelling / Sorting, #1901 Housekeeping and #1903 Canteen / Pantry. Each starts at L1 when you add it. These are skills a plant can book, not vacancies: which shifts you see depends on what plants post.
You do not need one for SuperGig. KYC asks for your Aadhaar and PAN, not a marksheet, and the Education section of your profile is optional.
10th pass (SSLC or matric)
The same shifts are open to you, and so is every skill. A 10th certificate does not set a level or change the pay; your record on SuperGig does. Every skill starts at L1 and rises with approved shifts in it, on-time arrivals and how plants rate your work.
If you read and write Tamil or English, add #2101 Read & Write Tamil or #2102 Read & Write English to your skills. The app’s Learn section has short courses, graded on SuperGig’s server (you pass with 4 out of 5); they are awareness courses, not certificates.
12th pass (PUC, HSC, plus two or intermediate)
Honestly: 12th pass gives no extra level on SuperGig. Levels come only from your record on SuperGig, never from a certificate, so a 12th pass Partner starts every skill at L1, like everyone else.
Where 12th pass helps is in skills that need reading, writing and counting every day, such as quality checks (#1303 In-Process (IPQC) Inspector, #1302 Incoming / IQC Inspector), stores (#1703 Store Keeper / Inventory, #1709 WMS / SAP Inventory Operator) and dispatch paperwork (#1710 Dispatch Documentation / E-Way Bill). Add the ones you can really do: plants book by skill and level.
Did an ITI, a diploma or a degree after school?
Then two other guides fit you better. ITI & diploma jobs shows how to turn your ITI trade into skills in the app, and Jobs for graduates: any degree, BE & B.Tech explains what SuperGig is, and is not, for BE, B.Tech, diploma and other graduates, and for anyone who left college.
What to avoid: “10th pass company job” offers that ask for money
Never pay for a job, whatever your schooling. An ad that promises a “10th pass company job” at a well-known brand, with a pay figure and a WhatsApp number, and then asks for a registration fee or a deposit, is the classic fake offer.
SuperGig never charges Partners to join or to get a shift. Read how to spot a fake factory job offer, and if you are moving from another state, read this before you travel.
Don’t pay. Nobody from SuperGig ever asks a worker for money: anyone who does is not from SuperGig.
