The promise
The SuperGig Partner app makes one promise to every Partner, word for word: “You never pay to work here. Ever. No fees, no deposits, no agents.”
That means no registration fee, no deposit, no agent’s cut and no charge for a shift, ever, from the first call to your last shift. Nobody can sell you a SuperGig shift: you book every shift yourself, inside the app.
Five signs of a fake offer
One of these is enough to walk away. A fake factory job offer can look real and use a real company’s name.
- A fee, a deposit or a “registration charge”
Any request for money to register, to “confirm” a job or to “hold” your seat. Real SuperGig onboarding costs nothing.
- A big brand, a pay figure and a WhatsApp number
A poster or message that names a well-known company, shows a big pay figure and gives a WhatsApp number to “apply”. SuperGig names no plants on its website and never books work on WhatsApp.
- A room promised before a job exists
“Come now, your room and food are ready.” SuperGig does not arrange rooms, hostels or food, so an offer of them in SuperGig’s name is not from SuperGig.
- “Walk-in today, bring ₹…”
A walk-in interview where you must bring cash, or pay first for a medical test, a uniform or an ID card. SuperGig has no walk-in interviews.
- A request for your Aadhaar photo over chat
A message asking for a photo of your Aadhaar or PAN on WhatsApp. On SuperGig you upload them only inside the SuperGig Partner app, for KYC reviewed by SuperGig.
What real SuperGig onboarding looks like
Four steps, and none of them costs anything:
- You pre-register on supergig.co, or call or WhatsApp +91 79969 95996 to talk to us. Our corridor team will reach you for further onboarding.
- We set you up in SuperGig Partner, an Android app, and you do KYC inside the app: your Aadhaar and PAN, reviewed by SuperGig’s verification team.
- You see each shift in the app with its pay, role, duties and hours, and you book it yourself.
- At the plant, the guard checks your WorkPass at the gate.
At no step does anyone from SuperGig ask you for money, and nothing is booked on WhatsApp: WhatsApp is only for talking to us.
If anyone asks you for money
Don’t pay, and don’t share an OTP, a password or photos of your documents. Call +91 79969 95996 (calls and WhatsApp) to check whether a message is really from SuperGig, or email us with what happened.
Keep the messages, the phone numbers and any payment receipts. You will need them if you report it.
SuperGig’s one public number is +91 79969 95996, and shifts are booked only inside the SuperGig Partner app. Anything else claiming to sell SuperGig work is not SuperGig.
Where to report a job scam
If you have lost money, report it quickly. Use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, cybercrime.gov.in, or call the national helpline 1930, which the portal gives for victims of financial cyber fraud. You can also go to your nearest police station.
