In the SuperGig Partner app this is skill #1707 Reach Truck / Stacker Operator: it counts once SuperGig has verified your #2001 Forklift Licence, and then the reach-truck shifts that warehouses and plants in Hosur and around Bengaluru post appear on your map with their pay.

What reach truck and stacker operator work involves
01What the work is
Modern warehouses store pallets high, in racks several levels tall with aisles barely wider than the truck. Unlike a counterbalance forklift, a reach truck carries its load inside its wheelbase and pushes the mast or forks forward to place a pallet, so it can turn in a tight aisle. Stackers are smaller walk-behind or ride-on lift trucks for lower racks and short runs, and powered pallet trucks (BOPTs) move pallets along the floor. The skill is precision at height: lining the forks up with a pallet at the top beam, judging clearance by eye or camera, and setting the load down square.
02A shift, start to finish
A reach-truck shift starts at the charger: battery level and plug, then forks, chains, mast, hydraulic hoses, brakes, horn, lights and the overhead guard. The warehouse system or the supervisor then hands you tasks one at a time: put a received pallet away to a location, bring one down for picking, top up a pick location before it runs empty. You scan the pallet and the location at every move. A flat battery is changed or charged in the charging area, never in an aisle, and at the end you park with the forks on the floor and the truck on charge.
03Your skill in SuperGig Partner
In the app this is #1707 Reach Truck / Stacker Operator, matched to NCO-2015 8344.0100 (Lift Truck Operator). The national MHE operator and technician qualification it maps to sits at NSQF level 4, a level above the Forklift Operator/Driver qualification. Reach trucks and stackers are lift trucks, so #1707 has the same gate as forklifts: no level until SuperGig has verified your #2001 Forklift Licence. Then it starts at L1, and SuperGig raises it from approved #1707 shifts, punctuality and ratings.

How your level rises
Your #1707 Reach Truck / Stacker Operator skill starts at L1 once SuperGig has verified your #2001 Forklift Licence. Each skill climbs from L1 to L5. Only SuperGig sets a level, from your record, never the app. Three things move it up:
- Approved shifts in the skillShifts a plant approved that listed this skill when it was posted.
- Arriving on timeAn arrival SuperGig verified, such as the WorkPass check at the gate.
- How plants rate your workIt counts once a plant has rated you. Before that it never holds you back.
The app shows what your next level needs.
The skill check on a shift
A plant can list skills on a shift with one minimum level for all of them, from L1 to L5. You need every listed skill at that level, and SuperGig checks yours before the booking is accepted.
A shift with no skills listed has no skill check: any KYC-verified Partner can book it.
Licences and standards for reach truck and stacker operator work
Licences and certificates
L1 waits for a verified #2001 Forklift LicenceAdd the licence in the app, tap “Ask SuperGig to verify” and keep the original ready: SuperGig support will call you and check it against your verified Aadhaar. Only SuperGig can verify a licence or certificate.
Reach trucks and stackers count as lift trucks, so #1707 waits for the same #2001 Forklift Licence as #1701 Forklift Operator; it is verified once, not twice.
